We primarily accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to our designated bank account in Japan. All details will be provided on the proforma invoice. We also support other payment methods like PayPal for smaller transactions. Please contact our support team for more details on alternative payment options.
How long does shipping take? ▼
Shipping times vary depending on the destination port. On average, it takes between 4 to 8 weeks from the date of vessel departure. We provide a detailed shipping schedule and tracking information once your vehicle has been dispatched from the port.
Do you offer any warranty or after-sales support? ▼
As the vehicles are used, they are generally sold on an "as-is" basis. However, we conduct thorough inspections and provide detailed reports. We also offer optional third-party warranty services for added peace of mind. Our customer support team is always available to assist you with any queries after your purchase.
Can I request a specific vehicle that is not in your stock? ▼
Absolutely! Through our auction access service, we can help you find and bid on specific makes and models from thousands of vehicles available in Japanese auctions every week. Simply provide us with your requirements, and our team will assist you in finding your desired car.
What documents will I receive with the car? ▼
You will receive all necessary original documents for customs clearance, including the Bill of Lading, Export Certificate (Deregistration Certificate), and a final invoice. These documents will be sent to your designated address via courier service once the vessel has departed.
